Graduate from Akademi Laut Malaysia (ALAM) in 2006 and holding Diploma in Nautical Studies with Certificate of Competency – Deck Officer. Sailing experience for 5 years with international company. Has worked with local shipping company for almost 9 years which providing marine transportation and offshore storage of oil and gas, marine engineering service and provision of port marine services before joining TOMSB in 2021. Certified as DPA, CSO, ISM, ISPS and ISO internal auditor.

Nikesh Kshirsagar is the Chartering Manager for Two Offshore Marine. He supports the Operations department, tendering and other business development functions of the Company.
He has over 15 years of experience in various roles in the maritime industry which includes offshore operations management, OSV chartering, S&P, ship-designing, new ship-building, ship modifications/upgrades and ship financing.
With a Masters Executive in Operation & Project Management (UMP) and more than 6 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Formerly having sailed for 9 years as a foreign going marine engineer after graduating from ALAM. Ku Mohd Ashraff is equipped with strong leadership and astute business judgment with excellent managerial and interpersonal skills when undertaking his responsibilities to deliver exceptional performance to the Company.
Our Technical Superintendent Holds a Diploma in Marine Engineering (Politeknik Ungku Omar) and Marine Engineering COC (Unlimited) class 1. Having sailed as a foreign going marine engineer for 10 years, with offshore sailing experience for at least 5 years before settling to an onshore position. Mr. Rizal has lent his experience and knowledge in technical expertise to Two Offshore Sdn Bhd since 2019.
Our Manning Manager holds a Diploma in Management and Administration and has acquired Degree in Syariah and Law (University of Malaya). Overall, he has over 18 years work experiences and had been exposed in local and foreign industries for marine and oil and gas particularly in recruitment, man power planning and personnel management. He currently, providing manning guidance, seafarers hiring and training for Company in order to comply with local authority, flag state and project requirements.
He has a Diploma in Accountancy and twenty years of broad experiences in Finance and administration. He joined the company in 2017 and is capable of doing
full sets of accounts and undertaking his responsibilities to deliver exceptional performance to the Company.
She has a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Institute Technology Mara University and has over 22 years of experiences in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Auditing, Taxation, Company Secretarial and others; spanning a wide range of industries in MNCs, such as Software Solution Products, Construction, Trading, Entertainment and Marketing, Consulting and Audit firms. She joined the company in mid- 2018 and is highly equipped with skills and experience in financial reporting, management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, controls, operational and cost improvements. Besides this, she also ensures continuous improvement and reviews key financial areas such as finance policies & procedures, system efficiency & processes and staff growth & competency.
He graduated from Institute of International Shipping and Trade Law, Swansea University, UK with a Master’s Degree in International Maritime Law and joined Two Offshore Marine in 2017, bringing together his extensive experience in handling various maritime law matters such as negotiating and drafting charter party agreements, handling oil spillage claims, hull damage claims, port liability claims, cargo damage/ shortage claims and managing recoveries. In addition to that, he is also equipped with fine business development skills acquired over the years of service in various industries. His wide breadth of experience allows Two Offshore Marine to place him in a number of different contexts delivering exceptional results whilst playing a key role in the management of its day to day operations.
